Inge Fortin
Inge "Omi" Fortin of Browns Mills passed away Monday July 11, 2016 at Virtua- Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly. She was 81. Inge was born in Germany and had been a longtime resident of Browns Mills. She had worked for Acme Markets for 47 years. Omi loved working in her yard, camping, cleaning her house, and working. She was a loving companion, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, co-worker and friend who will be deeply missed by all.
She was preceded in death by mother, father, and brother Willy Fix. Inge is survived by her daughters: Katharina "Pumpkin" Sciscio (Steven) and Karin Fortin; her longtime time companion of 35 plus years Larry Ronca; grandchildren: Matthew Rosenberg (Jenny), Sierra Martin (Steve "BoBo"), Michael Rosenberg and Steffon Sciscio; her great-grandchild Liam Rosenberg. She is also survived by her two brothers in Germany Eugen and Ehronfried Fix; and her beloved four legged boys Rusty and Bronson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 16th at 1PM at the LEE FUNERAL HOME, 317 High St., Mt. Holly. Relatives and Friends may visit with the family from 11AM-1PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Inge to the Burlington County Animal Shelter, Academy Road, Westampton, NJ 08060.
