Ida Harley
Ida Harley of Sarasota, Florida passed away Sunday July 10, 2016 at the Tidewell Hospice House in Sarasota, Florida. She was 96. Ida was born in Carfizzi, Italy and had been a longtime resident of Mt. Holly before moving to Sarasota, Florida with her daughter. Ida was very proud of her heritage. She was very active in the Sacred Heart Church and the alter rosary society at Sacred Heart Church in Mt. Holly. Ida was a very talented artist and enjoyed socializing with people. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Harley in 1989. Ida is survived by her daughter: Brenda Scully and her husband Vincent, whom she resided with in Florida; her son: Michael and his wife Trish of Arizona; her grandchildren: Eric Wilson and his wife Jennifer and Jennifer Williams; and her great-grandchildren Abby, Ethan and Sydney Wilson, Cierra and Lalia Williams.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday July 19th at 11AM at the Sacred Heart Church, 260 High St., Mt. Holly. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday morning from 8:30AM-10:30AM at the LEE FUNERAL HOME, 317 High St. Mt. Holly. Interment will follow the mass in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Marne Highway, Hainesport. Email condolences to the family at leefuneralservice.com.
